Subject: Bug#44562: Kcharselect should display a name for the table

Package: kcharselect
Version: KDE 3.0.1
Severity: wishlist
Installed from:    Mandrake RPMs
Compiler:          Not Specified
OS:                Not Specified
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

In the upper right, KCharSelect has got a "Table" input field (I don't know its name \
in English, I'm translating back from Italian) where you can enter the number 0 -> \
... It could be nice if that field used a description instead of the number, \
borrowing the description from the Unicode standard (http://www.unicode.org/charts/)
I don't know if every table has a name, but at least the most common table should \
                have it
E.g: table 0 -> Basic latin
table 1 -> Latin 1 supplement
etc...
