After trying the suggested solution, I am still seeing this bug.
I'm running KDE 3.0.1 built from sources; Qt 3.0.4; gcc2.95.3;
Linux 2.4.19pre2-ac4. I ran tcpdump and verified that the correct
user agent was being sent. Here is the actual User-Agent string:

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.76 (X11; U; Linux 2.4.19-pre2-ac4 i686)


Note: the page comes up OK with KDE 3.0.0
and Qt 3.0.3, albeit there is a long lag between clicking the
'forums' link and the page being displayed.
