Action:
         Ordinary user (not root), can start KDE, open konqueror,... but
         cannot open konsole by clicking konsole-icon (on taskbar).
System:
         Linux-i386 (Slakware 8.0), kernel 2.4.18, glibc 2.2.5, gcc-2.95.3
