When I press MMB on the titlebar of a window the window is put to back. So its
below all other windows at that spot.
The bug is that when I click that the windows I just put to back is still
active and the window above it failt to take focus unless I click on it.
You have to know that I have focus-under-mouse.

The above makes it impossible to put a window with a modal dialog to the back.
