This one is difficult to nail down on a certain action: but usually, after a 
short while of clicking around in Konqueror's main view (changing 
directories etc.) some entries of the right click menu start to appear in 
English only while they were perfectly translated immediately after 
starting the app. The entries in question are "Copy to" and "Move to".

Something similiar can be seen in the Tools menu where eg the View filter 
entry sometimes appears translated, sometimes not. Other users apparently 
have similar experiences. I hear many complaints about "untranslated stuff" 
which has been translated for a long time.
