1.) Creat a user stylesheet and a page where you can see if it is applied
2.) start konqueror with "blank:" start page
3.) before doing anything else, go to that page -> user stylesheet will not be \
applied. press reload and it will be applied.

If you visit a different page before 3.) the style sheet will be applied without \
reload.

I'm using KDE_3_0_BRANCH.
