Subject: Only two tasks are shown in task list
From: sam@bifrost.demon.co.uk
X-KDE-Received: -62.252.0.5

Package: kicker
Version:           KDE 3.0.5 (CVS HEAD >= 20020327)
Severity: normal
Installed from: compiled sources
Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.1 2.96-85)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.2.16-22
OS/Compiler notes:

Just installed KDE3 CVS sources from last night (30th March).

I currently have 10 tasks running, and these are shown if I show the task list from \
the menu on the task bar. However, the taskbar itself only displays the first two \
tasks.

See http://www.bifrost.demon.co.uk/pub/desktops.jpg for a screenshot. The two tasks \
stretch all along the entire width of the screen. If I kill one (i.e. KMail) that \
will disappear, and a new task will be displayed in its place - but again only two \
tasks are shown.

This has nothing to do with the grouping tasks option, since they are all different \
applications. They are all on the same desktop.

Related to this, the task menu is now horizontal rather than vertical. This takes up \
almost a whole row by itself - under KDE beta 2, I could fit three tasks vertically \
in the task list, now only two fit.
