Subject: khelpcenter crash when starting search
From: dh1te@amsat.org

Package: khelpcenter
Version: KDE 2.1.0
Severity: normal
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

When using KHelpcenter and entering a search string then multiple fast clicks on the \
search button let the konqueror window crash. When klicking on this button once \
everything works fine.

I am using the RPM-Distribution for SuSE 6.4 and get no info in the debug window -(.

As i am not familiar with the search mechanism/architecture i only can suggest that \
this problem has something to do with the intercation of KDE and htdig when a second \
search process is started while the first search process is still running.

Bye...
Thomas
