When no htdig is installed, the fulltext search tab in khelpcenter is not
functional, but enabled. It's just that nothing happens when I press search.
All widgets should be disabled and there should be a label saying something
like: "Either the htdig program is not installed on your system or it is not
configured correctly. Click here to configure htdig." Or something similar.
