This bug is fixed since quite some time. This problem will not occur with the 
KDE-3.0 that is due in a few days. Thanks for your report.

1) maximize a window
2) make it shaded
3) unshade it
4) *bug* the window does not revert to it's maximized state

I use the B II title bars.
