Schemas given in session type definitions have higher priority than the 
default Konsole schema setting. Change the "Root Konsole" session type
with the session type editor in the control center.

bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

Hi, 
here is a short description:

1. right mouse click on a root console / Settings / Schema / Green on black
2. right mouse click / Settings / Save settings
3. new root session

new session doesn´t have saved colors.
