On this site 
(https://www.hiscoxonline.com/hiscox/home.html) the menu 
bar does not seem to be working.

The menu bar is on the left hand side starting with 
Existing Clients. When you click on them the frame changes 
to display another page. Also on some entrys they should 
expand and collapse. An example entry is "Get A Quote". 
This works in Microsoft Explorer 4+ and Netscape navigator 
4.xx. It does not work in Mozilla 0.7 nor in Netscape 6+.
