kooka produces a scrambled output when scaaning in lineart mode ... it looks like the 'pager' steps left on each line of text ...

i use a HP C1750A scanner (flatbed) .. other modes work well ...

another step in this is that OCR gives me an empty output when starting .. it goes directly to the gocr outout-screen , leaving no gocr-job open in ps .. running gocr from CLI works .. 

i also tried scanning with jpeg output (default i use .pbm) .. -> same result .. the errors on console with the ocr-task:
