Subject: Regular Expression ignores global switch
From: lefh@hotmail.com

Package:           kjs
Version:           KDE 2.2.1
Severity:          normal
Installed from:    Mandrake RPMs
Compiler:          Not Specified
OS:                Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

If you define a new Regular Expression Konqueror seems to ignore the global switch..

So if we use this:

pat = /\d/g;
teststring = "1test2test3";
alert(teststring.replace(pat,""))

We end up with "test2test3" while the expected result was "testtest"
