Kword does not print correctly...

I am quite disappointed that I cannot use any more kword.
I have SuSE 7.3 with current kde 2.2.1 and current koffice 1.1
installed. In all applications, the printing is correct.
In kword the printing appears in the preview and on paper with
extremely moved together characters. The effect also appears
with a self-compiled version.
