strings from amzdownloader seem to not be extracted at all (due to lack of
Messages.sh in the folder) and even if they were extracted they could not be
loaded since amzdownloader is a qapplication and kde l10n requires gettext.

resolution:
1. add Messages.sh to extract strings from cpp/ui and put them into
amz-downloader.pot (for example)
2. convert application to a KApplication with name amz-downloader (or matching
the pot name or manually load the translation catalog - see klocale api)
