This is from the KDE POV indeed. The bug needs to be reported to Nokia through
their bug tracker https://bugreports.qt.nokia.com and provide a test case. See
also this blog post about the HowTo:

If your distribution can help you with that I don't know, you should ask them
though, since they are shipping the beta package.
