Summary: Problem adding tracks to a dynamic playlist manually
           Product: amarok
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Gentoo Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: amarok-bugs-dist@kde.org
        ReportedBy: Oliver@schwabedissen.name

Version: (using KDE 4.3.3)
Compiler: gcc (Gentoo 4.3.4 p1.0, pie-10.1.5) 4.3.4
OS: Linux
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

I noticed a bug when adding a track to a dynamic playlist while no track is
playing.

The track gets added to the end of the playlist and immediately starts to play.
As a result, the tracks before the added track will not play.

How to reproduce: I have a dynamic playlist which shows 10 previous and 10
upcoming songs. When no tack is playing I have 21 tracks in the playlist (10
previous, 10 upcoming and the last played track).

Now add a track using Media Sources/Local Music. select a track, press RMB and
select "Add to playlist".

The track is added to the end of the playlist and starts to play immediately.
The first 11 of the 21 tracks before the added track are removed from the
playlist and 10 additional tracks are added to the playlist so that it contains
21 tracks again.

But the 10 tracks before the added track (previously the "upcoming tracks")
will not get played.

Expected behaviour: the track gets added to the end of the playlist, but Amarok
doesn't start to play it. When I select "Play" it should start with the next
track from the playlist following the last played track.

When I try to do the same while the playlist is playing the result is as
expected: the new track is added at the end of the playlist but Amarok first
plays the other upcoming tracks first.
