You shouldn't use the "organize files dialog", since it is still quite buggy
:(. This is due to the fact that nobody has found time to look at that code
after porting it from Amarok 1.4.
It is removed in the upcoming Amarok 2.2.1 till the worst bugs are solved,
sorry for the inconvenience.

In the mean time you can organize your files with a file manager.
