So what? Without ZEO you get that easily, just seeking to the position
in the file and returning a (slightly more intelligent) iterator.

With ZEO, the first time the file is loaded into the client blob cache.
You very likely access the whole document at some time anyway. The rest
is the same as without ZEO.
