We work using the pull request model. Fork/clone the repo, make a new
RFC based on the old MDP spec, then push it as a pull request.
Separately, you can update the RFC site with the text (create a new
page with your draft RFC).
I'd rather the wiki got updated automatically from the github repo.
Maybe in a future iteration.
