Yes. The parameter should be tunable. The problem with the current API 
is that it doesn't provide a way to set such tuning parameters at run-time.

The new API we are working on (zsock) uses BSD-socket-like API so it'll 
be easy to set such parameters using an equivalent of setsockopt function.
