  I just read on

  that Daniel patched Zend to be fully case sensitive.

  I think it would be a good idea if the Zend Engine 2 would be fully
  case sensitive, too. Maybe with a php.ini directive to turn it on / off
  for backwards compatibility, or, if the former would result in a
  performance hit, add a compiler switch to enable / disable case
  sensitivity and make it default to no.
