Yes, thanks for explanation.  To configure the interface which may
appear lately, zebra don't check the existance of the interface.  We
call this non existence interface as pseudo interface.

Yes, this will be needed.  And as Mr. Dennis mentioned at [zebra 1083]
zebra have to check non static routes also.
