As you know bgp_radix.c is very old and ugly.  zebra-981015 uses
lib/table.c as routing table code and don't use bgp_radix.c any more.
I'll delete bgp_radix.c from distribution but it remains.

This will be bug of lib/table.c or lib/buffer.c.  I'll check it.
