 From theory you could cut down the amount of IP address space you have 
to look to (e.g. by asking "whois -h whois.radb.net !g<AS number>"). But 
that doesn't actually help you to determine the router's IP.

Not sure what you mean by that but looks like you will have to use a 
route-map evaluating an as-path list.
