I've been having a problem with OSPF routes and routers "falling off"
my network. I'm trying to determine whether it's a Zebra bug or a
configuration problem. To help me narrow it down, I'd like an answer
to this question: is it ever valid that two neighbor routers, each
listing the other as "Full/DR" or "Full/Backup" in neighbor status,
with essentially identical link state databases, should be unaware of
each other's routes?

In this case, one of the routers shows only its own directly attached
routes, and the other showed all routes other than those attached to
its neighbor. Can this be a valid scenario, or am I looking at a bug?

Zebra 0.95-pre2 running on StarOS.

Thanks,
