Hello,

I'm doing some work in a lab with zebra ospf routers and would like to test
some things out using less than 1 second hello intervals (1 second - 100
milliseconds).  When configuring ospf the smallest interval available is 1
second.  I've been trying to look through the source code to see what should
be changed to create the shorter intervals.  I tried setting
TIMER_SECOND_MICRO = 1000L instead of 1000000L in thread.c but that didn't
work.  Any useful tips or insights would be greatly appreciated.
