Hello all,

I came across several problems regarding zebra running under linux, and they look \
like this:

1) Simple replacement of a zebra 0.89a with 0.93b on linux kernel 2.2.21 with routing \
tables does not work at all.
- no interaction with external peers, no error messages whatsoever. bgpd and zebra \
                both running, but nothing happens.
- the 0.89a setup enters the routing entries nicely in a separate routing table \
(iproute2-support) with the same config files.

2) Interaction between 0.89a and 0.93b seems broken.
- When setting up a separate router with kernel 2.4.19 and 0.93b I get this when \
trying to open a bgp session to an 0.89a router:

2002/09/30 01:46:41 BGP: BGPd 0.93b starting: vty@2605, bgp@179
2002/09/30 01:46:48 BGP: 10.0.1.1 [Error] bgp_read_packet error: Connection reset by \
peer 2002/09/30 01:46:51 BGP: 10.0.1.1 [Error] bgp_read_packet error: Connection \
reset by peer 2002/09/30 01:46:54 BGP: 10.0.1.1 [Error] bgp_read_packet error: \
Connection reset by peer 2002/09/30 01:46:59 BGP: 10.0.1.1 [Error] bgp_read_packet \
error: Connection reset by peer 2002/09/30 01:47:07 BGP: 10.0.1.1 [Error] \
bgp_read_packet error: Connection reset by peer 2002/09/30 01:47:12 BGP: Terminating \
on signal

I guess this is related to 1), maybe the other peers do not talk to 0.93b either and \
this is why I get no routes.

3) 0.89a on 2.2.21 handles separate routing tables (table-command in zebra.conf). \
This does not work with 0.89a on 2.4.19 kernel. Any hints why?
