My method requires a network card that is plug-and-play (if you have to
configure things on the Z first to get it working you're out of luck), an ssh
client *and* installing OZ 3.2. Here's how I did it:

- Flashed OZ.
- Set my wireless router to no encryption, allowing all connections and to act
as a DHCP server.
- Powered up the broken Z and put my wireless card in. It connects to my
router and gets an IP address.
- now I could ssh into the Zaurus (username root, no password) even though the
UI wanted me to calibrate.
- got /etc/pointercal from a working Zaurus and copied it over using scp or
sftp.
- set up package feeds in /etc/ipkg.conf and installed fbvncserver.
- reboot
- no more calibration screens

Let me know if you want me to send you my screen calibration file. I might
have missed some steps or details but the general approach worked fine for
me.
