I am getting some errors while trying to install from the
yellowdog-5.0-phoenix-20061208-PS3.iso.

I get this error while running the boot loader before inserting the install
DVD:

"debug, sending discover.....
don't understand action "lease fail
info no lease, failing"

After inserting the install DVD I get:
"mounting..
No VRS found
cannot determine the file type of
/mnt/tmp/9c1172bde5292ce417e9539f0b7ce67e//ppc/ppc64/vmlinux-ps3
killed"

After seeing this same message multiple times I entered:

"install mediacheck" and got the following:

"read on /mnt/tmp/9c1172bde5292ce417e9539f0b7ce67e//ppc/ppc64/vmlinux-ps3 of
65536 bytes failed: Input Output error
read on /mnt/tmp/9c1172bde5292ce417e9539f0b7ce67e//ppc/ppc64/vmlinux-ps3 of
65536 bytes failed: Input Output error
/init: /init: 1:
/mnt/tmp/9c1172bde5292ce417e9539f0b7ce67e//ppc/ppc64/vmlinux-ps3 of 65536
bytes failed: Input Output error"

I suspect there may be some problem with the DVD I created from the disc
image I downloaded.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
