Hi Brian,

I'm not a terribly technical person and I managed to install it on a  
Powerbook Wallstreet (which is oldworld) without a huge amount of  
trouble.  There were a couple of weird things, but when I asked the  
list about them I got a lot of help really quickly.  I've since sold  
that powerbook on Ebay and have been thinking about installing  
yellowdog on my desktop - the minor amounts of effort totally made it  
worth it!
