The new JS interpreter is progressing rapidly.  I've committed
org.xwt.js.JS, which is the new Java<->JS API.  It's WAY tinier than
the Rhino API; much simpler.  I've also updated the Lexer and Parser.
Both are now functionally complete, but badly in need of debugging.
