There is a broken link to XmlSchema2.x on the main WS web-page

The body has a link: Apache XmlSchema which points to
http://ws.apache.org/commons/xmlschema20/

However that does not exist.

The links in the LHS menu are OK:

XmlSchema 1.4: http://ws.apache.org/commons/xmlschema14/
XmlSchema 2.x: http://ws.apache.org/xmlschema/

If both are currently active, then they should probably both be listed in the body, \
with the same names as in the menu.

If 1.4 is no longer active, then its link should probably be removed from the menu
