AsymmetricBinding + ProtectTokens validation is not working. It fails on the \
following line in TokenProtectionAssertion:

if (isEndorsingToken(securityToken) && !signsMainSignature(securityToken)) {

It assumes that the BinarySecurityToken is an Endorsing Token, and hence fails when \
it doesn't sign the Main Signature.
