I am communicating with an XML-RCP server that expects ISO-8859-1
encoding.
It sometimes fails when it receives messages using UTF-8 encoding.
What is the default encoding for XmlRcpClient?
If it defaults to UTF-8, can it be set to ISO-8859-1?
