Hi,

The constructor of `{color:#000000}WSSecEncrypt{color}` has no means to provide the \
Security Provider as possible in the super class `WSSecEncryptedKey` constructor.

Can you please add another constructor to `WSSecEncryptedKey` that passes through the \
Provider?
