Add Apache Maven build support the sample projects

Please consider adding Maven build support to the example projects (Any, DateTime, \
MixedContent, OrdersMatters, SchemaEnum, Validation, XQueryXPath and XsdConfg).

Note: Some Apache project have support for building using Maven or Ant... some \
project are migrating primarily to Maven.
