Edwin,

We continued to publish in the old m1 repositories but some of the Apache projects \
upgraded to m2 repos.

You can find all the XMLBeans jars in the m1 repo: \
http://people.apache.org/repo/m1-ibiblio-rsync-repository/xmlbeans/jars/
