Subject: Getting xsi:type for unknown object type

I often run into the situation where I'm reading in a document for which I
don't have a complete schema and would like to get the Qname of a node which
has xsi:type set. Is there an easy way to get this instance information? If
not, I'd like to create a patch to make this information available through
XmlObject. What would be the best approach for that?

Thanks,
Wesley Leggette
