Hi all,
I'm new to this list but have been working with XML Beans for a few years now. \
Lately I have been working with using MBeans for configuration purposes. Where I \
work, all our J2EE apps use XML files for configuration purposes. MBeans provides a \
way to modify the configuration of an application. The configuration changes \
generally need to be persisted, so my MBeans need to be able to update the XML Config \
file. This is where XML Beans comes in handy, but I also believe that the XMLBean \
generator could be used to generate MBeans used to modify XML files. So I'm just \
wondering if people think this is a stupid idea, or if not, would this be something \
that is separate to the XMLBeans project or any pointers as to where in the XMLBeans \
source I should look to modify the generated classes would be appreciated.
Regards,
Anthony Fryer
