Cezar Andrei resolved XMLBEANS-303.
-----------------------------------

    Resolution: Won't Fix

Actually the set method is quite useful in many situations, especially the ones in \
which types are defined using the "any" wildcard. It's semantic is the following: \
Sets the contents of this to a copy of the parameter.

> Remove/deprecade XmlObject.set(XmlObject)
> -----------------------------------------
>
> Key: XMLBEANS-303
> URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XMLBEANS-303
> Project: XMLBeans
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: XmlObject
> Affects Versions: Version 2.2.1
> Reporter: Hacking Bear
>
> It seems the set(XmlObject) in the XmlObject interface is kind of confusing and \
> useless in the application. Maybe we should just remove or deprecade it for good.
