Undocumented and meaningless exception: XmlValueDisconnectedException

While querying an Xmlbeans generated DOM using getter methods, the following \
exception is thrown:

org.apache.xmlbeans.impl.values.XmlValueDisconnectedException

This exception is undocumented in the source code and javadocs, and the name \
"XmlValueDisconnectedException" is meaningless to an end user who has never \
encountered this error before.

Please add docs to this exception so that they show up in javadocs.
