code=9 means IOException, see SchemaTypeLoaderException.java
There are a number of situations where this can occur, but basically your \
configuration on your XP box has something about it that prevents XmlBeans from \
reading/writing some file. Can you post a more complete stack trace to help narrow \
down the problem?
