The vote has now closed and here are the results:

Binding votes (from PMC members):
(4) +1s from Cliff Schmidt, David Waite, Cezar Andrei, and Ken Kress.

Non-binding votes:
(5) +1s from Jacob, Raj, James, Rajiv, and Lawrence.

No negative votes whatsoever.

Congratulations, Radu!  You've been voted on to the PMC and will be  
officially part of the PMC on Friday afternoon, assuming the Board of  
Directors has no objections (they rarely do).  I will send off an  
email to the board now to start the 72 hour acknowledgement period.   
On Friday, I will update committers/board/committee-info.txt and  
subscribe you to the pmc mailing list.  (see http://apache.org/dev/ 
pmc.html#newpmc)
