I suppose, in theory, you could create a schema which defines a global
element for DeliverReq which has a choice where the members of the
choice are either Version with no namespace or Version with namespace.
I think you'll have to override the target namespace for the local
element, but I have never tried this myself. I imagine that the methods
generated for the XmlBeans will have different setters/getters for the
two different Version elements. Ultimately, these two version elements
are totally different elements.

Thank you for your suggestion. It works. But under the new schema, the
first case does not work.
So I have to create 1 schema for each case? Can I create 1 schema so
that BOTH case will work?
