The problem seems to be the fact that class name used
and being loaded thru Class.forName() in
org.apache.xmlbeans.impl.store.XqrlDelegate.java is
"org.apache.xmlbeans.impl.store.XqrlImpl", which is
NOT bundled with apache xmlbeans?
