Hello.

I'm a nice beginner with Cocoon, XML and everything.
Help me please. I write in my .xml:

<?xml=version="1.0" encoding="koi8-r"?>

But it doesn't work. All documents are produced to HTML with iso-8859-1 and 
I can't see cyrillic in browser's window.
What I must to do?
