Thanks for your work on this. A lot of your patch concerns ASM FFmpeg.
We have not synced our internal tree recently. I believe FFmpeg has been
working on getting MacTel operational. Please try their latest CVS
(ffmpeg.org) and see if that works. We need to get a sync soon anyway.
