a nice parameter would be AV_SYNC_FACTOR and SPU_SYNC_FACTOR which would 
accompagny the AV SYNC and SPU SYNC.

then, it would be possible for a frontend (ie: xine-ui) to have 2 new menu 
items: under Subtitle --> Synchronize and under Audio --> Synchronize.

SPU would do 2 things:
 - select the 3rd subtitle
 - display a small window with plus/minus and OK button, Cancel Button, 
(paused)
 - after registering the offset press ok

 - select the 3rd last subtitle
 - display a small window with plus/minus and OK/Cancel/OK+Save button, 
(paused)
 - after registering the offset press ok/ok+save

(if save: try to rewrite the external spu file.)
and reset sync + factor

use sync+factor for lineair interpolation of SPU

--> the movie starts to play from beginning



(audio would be similar)
